One thing I'm always reflecting on is my ordering process and how I can improve it. I've thought about independents I've ordered from, what I've loved, what I've appreciated as a customer, and it's helped me to define my ordering process, which is detailed below.
For stand alone items, you can order these via the Shop the Collection tab. Here you'll find a curated selection of my most popular products - I.e. the classic chalkboard or recycled cotton rag place cards. For these items, there are prompts telling you what information to give. Should you feel like you want to have more designer input or should you have a bespoke request - simply get in touch and follow the process below.
Ordering bespoke: I stand at the heart of WILD, full of ideas, ready to collaborate with you to help you achieve the perfect vibe that guests will remember. When you get in touch for an initial quote, the more information you're able to give, the better I'll be able to serve you next level stationery that you LOVE, that's cohesive with the rest of your wedding, that you'll be proud of, and that you'll want to have as keepsakes for years to come. Please use our contact form, and include the following information:
Your full names (i.e. Faye Sutcliffe and Jamie Wilson)
Date of the wedding (If wanting illustrations i.e. botanicals or florals, I'll always try to incorporate what nature has to offer at that time)
Party size (This will help me make suggestions about sizing - particularly if you're trying to be cost- effective - although let's be honest who doesn't love saving a dime or two)!
Theme (if you have one, this could be a colour scheme)
Desired products with quantities (très important)
I endeavour to get back to you promptly and all emails are usually responded to promptly. I will get in touch with my initial ideas based on the information you've given me and most importantly, with options at different price points for each product you require. You can chop and change until you're happy and then I will send you an invoice.
Payment: You have 2 options here:
Pay the invoice in full - receive the items shortly after. Please check the lead time when ordering as this fluctuates throughout the year. Should you need items urgently, this can often be arranged for a small surcharge.
Pay a 50% deposit within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice to secure your order in my diary, remainder due 8 weeks prior to the wedding date, items will be delivered around 4 weeks before the wedding. Refunds: I understand that sometimes circumstances mean you will be unable to fulfil your order. With that in mind please see my refunds policy: When refunds are requested: * Up to 8 weeks before your wedding date: Loss of 50% deposit. * Within 8 weeks of your wedding date: Full order payment is required. Changes to your order: * 8 weeks before (in advance of the final payment deadline): when paying the final instalment, you may make some small amendments (such as the final number of place cards required) but these may not reduce the cost of the total invoice by more than 20%
Local? Avoid paying for delivery by collecting from Nottingham.
Benefits of ordering in advance - Ideal for budgeting and knowing how much you'll need to put away and avoid stress as the wedding deadlines draw near. Goods are varying greatly in cost price largely due to the uncertainty surrounding Brexit. By ordering, you're securing a price for your on-the-day items. As stated above, minor amendments can be made up until 8 weeks before the wedding which is fab as you can make final amendments once you have the RSVPs.
Burning questions? Always get in touch. No question is too small!
Thank you so much for reading,
Faye - Wild
