BESPOKE WEDDING WORK
My best-selling table stationery collections are available to buy via the Wild shop. All other items are made to order in collaboration with you, and I’ll work with you to create truly unique items that are cohesive with your event.
I can accommodate a wide range of hand lettered and illustrated projects from wedding signage to personalised jackets with design elements + a colour palette to suit your event.
I am proud to use eco-conscious materials largely sourced from other independent businesses.
THE WILD BESPOKE PROCESS*
Get in touch using this form which covers all of the information I need to get the ball rolling. Do not worry if you have not fully decided what items/ quantities/ design you need, as we can discuss this during the next stage.
Based on your enquiry, we’ll organise a call to get more information and go over the Wild process in detail. This is a great opportunity to discuss your wedding vision and requirements.
After your discovery call I’ll put together a proposal of all the items we have discussed. Your proposal will include options at different price points with images to help you and your partner decide what items you need. Once you have replied with any amendments I will aim to send over your final price quote within 5 working days.
You have 14 days to secure your spot in my diary for the price quoted with a deposit. Deposits are 25% minimum of your total order.
The final balance is due 8-12 weeks before your event date (unless we have organised a payment plan in advance). This will be detailed on your invoice. Up until this date you can get in touch as much as you like to discuss your order including design + colour. You can also request subsequent phone calls to go over the finer details.
Once the final balance is settled, I’ll start working on your items. I like to keep my couples in the loop as much as possible during the ‘making’ process. You can choose to be involved during the process and I can send over drafts + process snaps or you can wait to see the finished items.
I aim to get all pieces finished and with you 4-6 weeks before your event date but we will establish a dispatch/ collection date during your discovery call.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
I specialise in on the day wedding stationery such as table stationery, signage (including banners) + on site personalisation (you can explore my portfolio here). but I always welcome unique ideas + love to help you bring them to life. I am also happy to accomodate different base + ink colours.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ENQUIRE?
Always enquire with as much notice as possible as I am usually fully booked 2-3 months in advance.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE WHAT I NEED?
This is more common than you would think. It can be quite overwhelming getting started with event planning so it's always nice to see checklists. I wrote a handy blog post on this which you can read here.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is charged on a pro-rata basis, depending on the size and weight of your order. If convenient for you, you may collect your items free of charge from NG15 North Nottinghamshire.
WHAT IF WE HAVE TO POSTPONE?
I will always try to accommodate changes to bookings but these are dealt with on a case by case basis. You can explore all Wild policies in more detail here.
